I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Zinder’s office. His staff is very welcoming, they make you feel comfortable and I never had to wait long. The lady at reception would always greet me so politely and she would have conversation with me which made me feel comfortable. Dr. Zinder is an excellent physician who I would not hesitate to recommend. My treatment progressed in the right direction without having any setbacks. Dr. Zinder is very kind and compassionate. His medical assistant also displayed kindness and compassion. She was very gentle and attentive.

This is a top notch medical practice. They really know how to treat their patients – all offices should be like this. I would give 100 stars if I could, that’s how pleased I was with the care and treatment that I received from everyone in the office.

My grandma went here for a wound on her lower leg that was not healing well. She went to several doctors prior who told her to use some creams and the wound will heal on its own but it did not heal and actually got worse. We found this wound care on Google and were able to make an appointment right away. Dr. Zinder was great. Very good clinic and good experience overall. Staff was nice and doctor was very knowledgeable and caring. They took me on time and explained treatment clearly, so I understand what is happening. I cannot recommend Dr. Zinder enough. After a very unfortunate accident where I spilled a pot of boiling water on myself and sustained a second-degree burn, he took incredible care of me from start to finish. The entire experience was painless, reassuring, and handled with such expertise and compassion.

Dr. Zinder was thorough, calm, and incredibly attentive, which made a scary situation feel completely manageable. The staff, Ellen and Svetlana, were just as amazing making sure I was cared for, answering all of my questions, and helping with scheduling every step of the way.
